高压清洗机清洗钢板的射流靶距与水射流打击力有关,在不同压力和流量情况下,都存在一个最佳靶距范围,而在这个靶距范围内,就可以获得最大水射流打击力。以下分析了当射流靶距分别为120mm、150mm、200mm、300mm时,水射流覆盖面积和水射流打击力变化,具体示意图和数据如下:

当喷嘴确定后,射流靶距是影响射流覆盖面积变化的唯一变量,试验结果显示,如果射流靶距增加一倍,则射流覆盖面积将增加4倍,但水射流打击力仅为原来的1/4;如果把射流靶距减小一半,则射流覆盖面积仅为原来的1/4,但水射流打击力为原来的4倍,所以射流靶距的合理确定也十分重要。在设计射流靶距时,既要考虑射流靶距减小带来的水射流打击力的增大,又要考虑射流靶距减小使得单个喷嘴覆盖的面积减小,以此带来的覆盖同样宽度需要喷嘴个数的增加。(图/文www.wxcwjx.com)
